Job Description	Our client, a global manufacturer of plastic extrusion and injection molded parts, is looking to add a plastic extrusion blow molding expert to their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities Responsible for establishing and documenting sound plastics extrusion processes Develop and improve plastic extrusion blow moulding processes and methods Provide technical expertise to improve efficiency and product quality, and support new equipment/process implementation. Monitor equipment and processes to detect problems affecting quality and efficiency Diagnose problems and implement solutions into existing and new plastics extrusion processes Help develop preventative maintenance plans for equipment and processes Identify and scope capital projects and help improve extrusion manufacturing process and systems. Conduct research and analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to plastic manufacturing processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and efficiency Key Qualifications BSc. Engineering or equivalent combination of education and experience Solid background plastics extrusion blow moulding 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment supporting production and introducing new products Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies Strong knowledge of plastic materials, properties, and processing techniques Ability to perform mathematical calculations for measurements and conversions Must be highly motivated and able to work independently
