Job Description	Our client, a globally recognized leader in the construction industry, is looking to add an Electrical Estimator to their dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for preparing and completing bid proposals and cost estimates for electrical projects in the construction industry Utilize Accubid software and other tools to prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for electrical construction projects Coordinate and prepare electrical estimates for large scale dynamic construction projects, and play a critical role in the construction project lifecycle Manage active construction operations to ensure project completion within budget and quality standards Analyze bid documents and participate in pre-bid meetings to accurately assess project complexity and scope Analyze and forecast project cost report and while determining schedule and cost Review and Evaluate available documents in order to calculate the cost of electrical construction Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors regarding changes and adjustments to cost estimates Analyze project documentation to prepare comprehensive labour, material and other input estimates Key Qualifications: A strong background in electrical construction with a deep understanding of electrical systems and components 3-5 years electrical estimating experience in the construction industry Proficiency with Accubid estimation software Knowledge of the construction industry and contract documentation Detail oriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organize significant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, material deliveries and construction site activities Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines Adaptability to changing project requirements and industry trends Relevant educational background electrical engineering or construction related fields Excellent communication skills including high-quality documentation and report preparation
